Last weekend, Hillary Clinton beat some dudes in a game of dominoes in Harlem. Bernie Sanders took a NYC subway the week prior. All of these things just to say "hey, I'm just a normal citizen just like you!"
Does it work? Do you buy into the pandering or does it make you sick to your stomach?

Too often people take relationships for granted. Especially with friends, family, neighbors, etc. Yet we complain when we someone doesn't care about us, our loved ones, or our property. If the mindset is to intentionally keep your circle small, then why should anyone care about you and yours?
