America's feckless Secretary of State announces ceasefire was still "possible" in Syria, as ISIS steps up it's terror attacks killing over 150 people. ISIS using cars loaded with explosives to inflict terror, targeting students and government employees on their way to school and work. Kerry announcing -"We are closer to a ceasefire today than we have been, and I take nothing for granted about this". Oh how those words ring hollow.
