Hal Moroz is an Attorney & Counselor at Law who has served as a county judge and city chief judge in the State of Georgia. He is a retired U.S. Army airborne Infantry officer, legal educator, and practicing attorney. His practice in the law has ranged from small local courts to the Supreme Court of the United States.
Judge Moroz has served on the faculty of Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida, and the State Bar of Georgia's Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE). He served as Special Counsel to the Georgia Republican Party's First Congressional District Committee in the 2000 primary and general elections, and went on to serve as a Presidential Ballot Inspector/Observer during the 2000 "recount" in Florida. Judge Moroz is also a prolific writer, having authored numerous legal articles, weekly legal newspaper columns, and books.
