For this show we will be here and there. In the first hour we'll talk about the Ebola epidemic and try to separate some fact from fiction. We'll also talk about the on going ISIS threat and the pin prick offense this president has been providing. I'm sure many other current event topics will be covered in the first hour as well. In the second hour, we'll have guests Beth and Glenn talking to us a little about health and fitness! These two have been providing help and guidance to people through their "Beachbody" coaching and showing people that they really can turn the corner for a better, healthier future. I'm sure they'll have some great advice and can give people a place to go for some help!
