On Monday, May 20th, I will interview Kari Ilonummi, a bright young lad who plans to run for Congress as an Independent in 2014. Kari will be running against an old line Democrat in a district (Washington States 2nd Congressional District) that has a heavy Democratic voter registration. Listen in to find out how Kari plans to win the seat. Note that Washington State only allows the top two vote getters in the primary to compete in the General Election. If Kari can get past the primary he will be on his own against the incumbent. This means if he can secure both the Independent and the Republican vote he should have a good chance of winning. And if we can all find a way to support him his chances will be even better.

Introduction | Independent | Washington State | Congress | Libertarian
