Tonight I open up on a sad note.While visiting my cousin tonight I learn on the news that one of my best friends has died.His name is Former Shelby County commissioner John Willingham.I worked in two of his campaigns for Mayor of Memphis.John was a good man,with a heart of gold. Both black and white,democrat and republican admired him.And alot of people who really knew him knew he was too good of a man for public office.He was one of the best white friends,I ever had.Ill never forget when we talked on the phone hed always say he loved me before we hanged up. God rest his soul because he had a good long life,and I learn so much from him.Tonight is open conversation,and the chat room is open.Damn 2013 for me so far is full of pain.
