Tampa Rules Revisited

Anti-grassroots rules illicitly instituted at the RNC Convention in Tampa this past August provide no chance of a Constitutionalist running for higher office in what used to be the GOP. These rules MUST be changed, especially 12, 16 & 40. The only chance to make these absolutely necessary changes is at the RNC Spring Meeting in L.A. from April 10-13.
